Kris Lynne Tinaza

Kris has over 17 years of leadership experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partner Operations, Total Rewards, HR Shared Services and Talent, organizational and Leadership Development. Prior to joining MicroSourcing, she worked for one of the world's biggest BP companies, growing its footprint in the Philippines from 35 to over 7,000 employees. In her current role, Kris is accountable for the talent acquisition operations of al Probe CX entities, including Microsourcing. She is also a certified DISC Behavior Consultant and a proud fur-parent to her two adorable Persian cats - Midnight & Morning.
