Romel A. Almarinez

Romel has more than 30 years of professional experience, mainly in senior leadership roles in the BPO industry. Prior to joining MicroSourcing in 2022, his roles included Country Head for Alere Philippines Inc., VP of Operations at Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) and Unit Lead at Accenture. Romel leads a team who looks after work from home clients as well as a group of web developers. He has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and is passionate about problem analysis, process improvement and people development. In his free time, Romel enjoys travel, playing the guitar or the piano and reading.
