Deene Ojeda

Deene Ojeda is an accomplished Continuous Improvement Engineer with extensive experience in process improvement and operational excellence across multiple industries. Currently serving at Micross Components since August 2023, Deene previously held the position of Staff Continuous Improvement Engineer at Abbott Laboratories from January 2019 to April 2023. Between 2010 and 2019, Deene worked at SSL as a Senior Process Improvement Engineer and later as an Operations Excellence Engineer, achieving substantial ongoing savings through the management of approximately 600 projects. Deene's career also includes roles as a Management Consultant at DeWolff, Boberg & Associates, Inc., Production Manager/Plant Manager at 84 Components, and various engineering technician positions at the City of Ann Arbor. Deene holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Michigan, a Master of Science in Industrial Operations from Lawrence Technological University, and is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University.
