Engineering Team

The Engineering Team at Micross Components is responsible for the design, development, and continuous improvement of advanced high-reliability electronics solutions. This includes integrated circuit and discrete bare die and wafers, passive and distinctive devices, as well as packaging and mechanical component modifications. They oversee the entire engineering process from design and production to testing and quality assurance, ensuring the performance and reliability of products for industries such as defense, space, medical, and demanding industrial sectors.
