Lilja Siemelink has a varied work experience. Lilja started in 2011 as an Employee Blood Sampling at Groene Hart Diagnostisch Centrum/Trombosedienst. In 2013, they were a Support Document Control at Croon Elektrotechniek, a Teaching Assistant Biomechanics at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, and a Medical Elective at PCEA Kikuyu Hospital. In 2012, they were an Intern Clinical Testing & Research (Research & Development) at Össur, Iceland. In 2014, they were a Clinical Applications & Research Manager at Motek Medical B.V. and Director of CAREN Virtual Reality Rehabilitation & Research Center at Bayi Hospital, Chengdu, China. Since 2019, they have been a Product Manager at Microsure.
Lilja Siemelink is currently enrolled in Vlerick Business School, where they are studying Product Management. Lilja previously obtained a Master's degree in BioMechanical Engineering - Biorobotics from Delft University of Technology in 2017. Between 2009 and 2013, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Movement Sciences from VU University Amsterdam (Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam). In 2008, they obtained a Ski- and Snowboardteacher certification from Tiroler Skilehrerverband. From 2002 to 2008, they attended Coornhert Gymnasium, where they studied Nature & Health.
