Estela Valdez Guzman

Estela Valdez Guzman serves as the R&D Head at microTERRA since October 2024, following a tenure as R&D Project Manager at Margrey Industrial S.A. de C.V., where significant process improvements and product launches were achieved. Prior experience includes roles as a research assistant at CIATEJ, where Estela developed innovative biotechnological solutions, and positions in quality control at Fresenius Kabi and Grupo Collins. As an academic, Estela has held professorships at multiple universities, delivering STEM education and enhancing curricula to meet regional needs. Estela holds a PhD in Biotechnology Innovation from CIATEJ and possesses extensive knowledge in biochemical processes, having completed a master's degree in Biotechnology Processes and a bachelor's degree in Biochemical Engineering.
