David Cheeks

David Cheeks is an experienced IT professional currently studying towards certifications in CompTIA A+, Network +, and Windows 7 Configuration and Administration at MicroTrain Technologies since February 2016. David has received ITIL certification and applies this knowledge in a role supporting an employer through the Workforce Initiative and Opportunity Act. Prior to this, David served as an IS Analyst and Information Security Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago from 1999 to 2016, where responsibilities included managing access control for 150 departments, enforcing security policies, documenting security controls, investigating security incidents, and training staff on security procedures. David's educational background includes coursework from DePaul University and MicroTrain.
