Jenean Simmons, M.Ed, serves as an Associate Trainer at the Center for Teacher Effectiveness since July 2019 and has been a Project Manager at MicroTrain Technologies since October 2016, where Jenean is trained in project management and business analysis. Additionally, Jenean has worked as a Freelance Writer with Write Word Ink since May 2012, specializing in engaging copy for various formats. Prior experience includes a role as an Academic Development/Early College Outreach Educator at the University of Illinois Extension from February 2006 to April 2010, focusing on creating educational programs based on stakeholder assessments. Jenean holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership Foundations and Curriculum Administration from Chicago State University, attained between 2002 and 2004.
