Caitlyn Silverstrim

Caitlyn Silverstrim has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Caitlyn currently works as a Market Access Manager at MicroTransponder, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at The University of Vermont Medical Center as a Practice Manager from January 2019 to January 2022.

Caitlyn also has extensive experience in the Vermont Army National Guard. Caitlyn held various roles including Health Services Human Resources Officer from September 2017 to January 2020, Commander of the Public Affairs Detachment from April 2015 to September 2017, Administrative Case Manager from February 2013 to September 2016, Assistant Personnel Officer from January 2014 to March 2015, and Operations Officer from March 2008 to January 2014.

Caitlyn Silverstrim obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Exercise and Movement Sciences from the University of Vermont, where they attended from 2007 to 2011. In addition, they obtained several certifications including the Certified Professional Coder (CPC) from AAPC in October 2022, the Prior Authorization Certified Specialist (PACS) from Prior Authorization | PACS - ACMA in February 2022, and the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Coding Course from AAPC in March 2023.
