Gina M. Justice

Gina Justice is an accomplished Information Technology professional with extensive experience in managing IT operations and software engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Compliance & Digital at Microwave Products Group since February 2011, Gina oversees all IT areas, including business intelligence, application development, compliance, and budget management. Gina also holds the position of MPG IT Senior Director for Dover Corporation, managing IT operations across multiple brands. Previous roles include Assistant Superintendent of Information Technology at the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati and Director of Information Systems and Services at Xavier University. Gina's educational background includes a Bachelor of Computer Science in Management Information Systems and Services from Union Institute & University and a Bachelor of Science from Xavier University.
