Carlos Gonzalez Serna has a diverse and extensive work experience. Carlos is currently serving as a Principal at Eaton Square since June 2020. In November 2020, they took on the role of CFO at WECOLIWE, where they promote a new concept of community buildings. Carlos was previously the CFO at Microwd and GRAVITAS GLOBAL ADVISORS LLC. Before that, they worked as a Partner at Debitas Capital Partners. Carlos also has experience as a CFO at Indexa Capital A.V., S.A.U., where they played a crucial role in developing Spain's first robo-investment manager. Carlos has served as CFO at Interdin - Grupo Banco Privado de Andorra, responsible for finance activities. Carlos was also the CFO at Nova Armarios, a small-medium size industrial company, and Chesapeke Corp. Sp., a subsidiary of a multinational listed on NYSE. Prior to that, they worked as a General Manager at EBM SGECR, a private equity fund, where they played a key role in strategy and business planning, as well as executing corporate finance transactions.

Carlos Gonzalez Serna has a Master's Degree in Management and Finance from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. Carlos also holds an MSc in Finance and Control from IE Business School, as well as an MBA from the same institution. Carlos obtained their Licenciado in CC. Económicas y Empresariales from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Additionally, they have completed studies at The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
