Cristina Oraá

Cristina Oraá is currently the Chief of Staff and Chief Operating Officer at Microwd, where they focus on connecting women entrepreneurs in Latin America with investors interested in social impact and economic returns. Previously, they worked at Ánima Ventures as an Assistant Marketing, contributing to Spain's first social entrepreneurship company builder. With responsibilities in international relations, team management, and product design, Cristina plays a key role in expanding Microwd’s impact throughout Latin America.
