Uli Hosse Pastor has a diverse work experience. In 2017, Uli worked as a Research Analyst at Bolivian Private University for a year. They then joined Bolivian Foodbank in 2018 as a Co-Founder and later became the Director of the Supplier's Department. In 2019, Uli worked as an Associate Researcher at Bolivian Private University. Uli Hosse Pastor has a diverse education history, spanning various areas of study. In addition to their formal education, Uli obtained several certifications. They received an ISO 22000 Implementer certification from Instituto Boliviano de Normalizacion y Calidad - IBNORCA in 2019, indicating expertise in implementing the ISO 22000 standard for food safety management systems. Uli holds a Bilingual Diploma from The International Baccalaureate, acquired in 2013.

Furthermore, Uli demonstrated an interest in expanding their skills through various online certifications. These include a Coursera certification in Food and Beverage Business Management obtained in 2017 and a Coursera certification in Product Management Essentials obtained in 2021. They also obtained a certification in Boolean: Foundations from Meltwater in 2022. Most recently, in 2023, Uli obtained an edX Verified Certificate for Circular Economy: An Introduction from TUDelft X.
