Uli Hosse Pastor

Uli Hosse Pastor has a diverse work experience. In 2017, Uli worked as a Research Analyst at Bolivian Private University for a year. They then joined Bolivian Foodbank in 2018 as a Co-Founder and later became the Director of the Supplier's Department. In 2019, Uli worked as an Associate Researcher at Bolivian Private University. They completed a Master's Thesis on Packaging Logistics at Micvac from January 2021 to June 2021. Currently, Uli holds the position of Product Manager at Micvac.

Uli Hosse Pastor has a diverse education history, spanning various areas of study. From 1999 to 2012, Uli attended Saint Andrew's School in Bolivia, where they obtained a High School degree in the field of Ciencias. Following this, from 2011 to 2012, Uli pursued an International Baccalaureate Diploma with a focus on Ciencias.

In 2013, Uli enrolled at Universidad Privada Boliviana, where they studied Engineering, specifically Production Engineering, until 2017. During this time, Uli also obtained a certification as a Quality and Productivity Expert from Universidad Privada Boliviana - Fundación Educativa, although the specific details of this certification are unknown.

Expanding their knowledge in the food industry, Uli pursued further education in the field of Food Science and Technology. From 2019 to 2020, they completed a Master of Science degree in Nutrition and Food Science at Université Paris-Saclay. Additionally, from 2019 to 2021, Uli pursued an Erasmus Mundus Joint Master in Food Innovation and Product Design at FIPDes, further specializing in Food Science and Technology.

In 2020, Uli also completed a Master of Science degree in Food Product and Packaging Development at Lund University. They also briefly studied Culinary Innovation at Technological University Dublin in the same year.

In addition to their formal education, Uli obtained several certifications. They received an ISO 22000 Implementer certification from Instituto Boliviano de Normalizacion y Calidad - IBNORCA in 2019, indicating expertise in implementing the ISO 22000 standard for food safety management systems. Uli holds a Bilingual Diploma from The International Baccalaureate, acquired in 2013.

Furthermore, Uli demonstrated an interest in expanding their skills through various online certifications. These include a Coursera certification in Food and Beverage Business Management obtained in 2017 and a Coursera certification in Product Management Essentials obtained in 2021. They also obtained a certification in Boolean: Foundations from Meltwater in 2022. Most recently, in 2023, Uli obtained an edX Verified Certificate for Circular Economy: An Introduction from TUDelft X.
