Joseph P. Fracchia

Joseph P. Fracchia is the SVP & CIO at Mid-America Apartment Communities. Joseph has over 20 years of experience in the accounting and finance industries. Joseph began their career at Arthur Andersen in September 1998 and spent four years there before moving to KPMG in May 2002. Joseph spent a year at KPMG before moving to Deloitte & Touche, LLP in February 2003. Joseph spent five years at Deloitte, rising to the position of Senior Manager, before moving to Vaco in February 2008. Joseph became a Partner at Vaco within six years and remained there until August 2014 when they joined PwC as a Managing Director. Joseph left PwC in September 2016 to join Mid-America Apartment Communities.

In addition to their work in the accounting and finance industries, Joseph P. Fracchia has also been involved with several non-profit organizations. Joseph served on the board of Emerge Memphis from 2016 to 2019 and was Chairman of the Board during their final year with the organization. Joseph also served on the board of The First Tee of Memphis from 2011 to 2016.

Joseph P. Fracchia attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville for their Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Joseph then went on to The University of Memphis to earn their Master's in Accounting Systems. Finally, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee and received certification as a Certified Public Accountant.

They work with Glenn Russell - SVP Director of Internal Audit, Bryan Ellsberry - Senior VP, Ancillary Services, and Charles A. Konas - EVP Director of New Construction. Joseph P. Fracchia reports to H. Eric Bolton Jr., Chairman & CEO.
