Kristina O'Hare

Kristina O'Hare is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent development and training management. Since December 2016, Kristina has served as the Director of Talent Development at MAA, where responsibilities include managing a training team and coordinating leadership and operations training for site and corporate associates. Prior to this role, Kristina worked at Post Properties from April 1998 to December 2016, initially as a Training Manager and previously as a Property Manager. Kristina holds a degree from Indiana University Bloomington, obtained between 1992 and 1996.
