Jake Cunningham

Jake Cunningham has over three decades of experience in the real estate industry, beginning with a real estate agent role at Iowa Realty from May 1987 to December 1994, before joining Coldwell Banker Mid America Group in January 1995. Since obtaining a real estate license in May 1987, Jake has worked full-time as a residential real estate agent, serving both buyers and sellers in the Des Moines market. In addition to roles as a sales agent and sales associate at Coldwell Banker, Jake also has background experience as a sales representative at RCA Music Group from January 1972 to January 1987, where responsibilities included calling on retail and wholesale record outlets across Iowa and Nebraska.
