Valerie Stefancin

Valerie Stefancin is a seasoned Mortgage Loan Officer with extensive experience at Mid America Mortgage and Schmidt Mortgage Company since June 1996. With residential lending capabilities for purchase and refinance transactions of 1 to 4 units, Valerie recently passed the UST Standalone Licensing test, enabling involvement in transactions across most of the United States. Valerie holds an undergraduate degree in Business/Finance from Lake Erie College, earned from 1980 to 1985, and specializes in reverse mortgages.
