Austin Hinrichs

Austin Hinrichs joined Mid-America Real Estate – Minnesota, LLC in December 2021 as a Senior Property Accountant. He is responsible for financial statement preparation, CAM and tax reconciliation, preparation of annual budget as well as daily interaction with Property Managers, banks, and clients.

Austin started his career out of college in 2011 working in the Wells Fargo Mortgage Department in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He then moved to CBRE as an Associate Accountant in 2012 and worked his way up through the accounting team, eventually being a Senior Accountant. While at CBRE, Austin handled the accounting for several different clients completing tasks such as financial statement preparation, bank reconciliations, weekly payables, yearly CAM and tax reconciliations preparation and review, and worked with property managers and clients in the office, industrial, and retail properties. He has a high level of experience in both Yardi and MRI.

Austin graduated from Bethel University in the spring of 2011 with a degree in Business with an emphasis in Accounting and Finance.
