Brad specializes in envisioning new concepts, restaurants, fashion and freestanding users for leasing, development and acquiring/planning secondary use of properties.
Brad began his career in real estate by establishing the fundamentals of finance and accounting at Wayne and Michigan State University and eventually acting as a full time accountant for 6 years.
In 1985, Brad made a move to real estate, beginning at Gordon Realty; progressing to top salesperson with Lakritz-Weber; and finally making partner at Landmark Commercial Real Estate in 1998. In 2010, Brad connected with some of the top real estate professionals in the business and became a co-founder and principal with Mid-America Real Estate-Michigan, Inc. Brad has been actively promoting the success of this business and clientele by utilizing his impressive real estate, development, and investment network to ensure that each deal comes to a successful close.
Brad most recently made headlines, along with other industry heavyweights, contributing to the successful planning of the "Sea Life Aquarium" at the Great Lakes Crossing Mall opening in 2015. Some of Brad’s clients include: Kroger, LEGOLAND Discovery Center, SeaLife, Potbelly Sandwich Shop, Party City, Container Store, Shake Shack, West Elm, iFLY, Andretti Indoor Karting, Acadia Realty Trust, Real Estate Advisors and Ford Land.
