Elizabeth Jackoboice

Elizabeth Jackoboice joined the Leasing team in 2021 at the Mid-America Oakbrook Terrace office and specializes solely in Landlord Representation. She is responsible for leasing properties in Mid-America’s retail portfolio. Elizabeth works to develop strategic plans for each property which includes developing custom merchandising plans, marketing and negotiating new and existing retail space to tenants, actively driving markets, advising clients on deal structure, and negotiating with tenants from letter of intent through lease execution. Additional responsibilities for each property include creating deal-specific analysis, overall property impact analysis, and developing feasible execution plans.

Elizabeth graduated from Miami University with a B.S. in Kinesiology & Health, majoring in Sport Leadership and Management, and a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Strategic Communication.
