Tracy Munno

Senior Vice President at Mid-America Real Estate Group

Tracy Munno joined the Mid-America team in 2009, bringing over 27 years of experience with property management firms. Her current role as on-site General Manager for Ford City entails oversight of all daily operations, including site supervision of administrative personnel, engineering, housekeeping and security staffing, capital projects, collecting outstanding receivables, handling insurance claims and litigation, creating annual budgets, compiling and analyzing monthly financial reports, property inspections, annual marketing programs and extensive interaction with tenants and owners. Ford City is a 1.0M square foot regional shopping center that is undergoing a multi-million-dollar redevelopment that commenced in January 2017.

Prior to her employment at Mid-America, Tracy was Executive Vice President and Property Manager at Freehold Management Company and a Director with Jones Lang LaSalle overseeing the management and redevelopment of a 1.0M square foot regional shopping mall. She was responsible for daily operations, lender reporting, budgeting, and reforecasting, vendor contracts, construction draws, union negotiations, lease renewals, oversight of a $1.2 million specialty leasing program, marketing events, strategic planning, tenant and community relations, and staff supervision of 50 employees.

Tracy successfully completed the Institute of Real Estate Management Courses for Certified Property Manager designation in 1987 and holds an Illinois Broker’s License. She has served as a member of numerous boards and was the Illinois State Treasurer’s 2008 recipient of the Smart Women, Smart Money-Woman of Excellence award.
