Daniel Sjogren serves as the Faith Based & Community Events Coordinator at Mid-America Transplant since July 2023, where responsibilities include developing partnerships, implementing outreach projects, and overseeing event strategies. Previously, Daniel held the position of Pastor of Family Ministries at St. Paul's Evangelical Church from January 2021 to June 2023, managing budgets, fundraising, operations, and community partnership projects. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Pastor of Youth and Outreach at Lake Wisconsin Evangelical Free Church, Social Media Content Developer at Awana Clubs International, and various roles in church internships and administrative support. Daniel holds a Master of Divinity from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and a Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Missouri Baptist University.

Since 1974, Mid-America Transplant has served as the regional organ and tissue procurement organization for eastern Missouri, southern Illinois, and northeast Arkansas, serving 4.7 million people in 84 counties. From our founding goal to assist in the coordination of kidney donations, we have grown to become a multi-faceted organization dedicated to saving lives and enhancing the quality of all donated organs and tissues currently available for transplant. Located in Saint Louis, Missouri, Mid-America is one of 56 federally designated organizations of its kind in the United States. Mid-America Transplant's primary service offering is to facilitate and coordinate the organ and tissue donation process. With a mission to save lives through excellence in organ and tissue donation, we have been at the forefront of enhancing the quality of organs and tissue for transplant and a leader in eye bank services.
