Debbie Lee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in accounts payable and administrative support. Currently serving as an Accounts Payable Specialist at Mid-America Transplant since January 2022, Debbie previously held the role of Administrative Assistant/Accounts Payable at HOPE EDUCATIONAL & RESEARCH CENTER, where responsibilities included supporting school directors and assisting with HR tasks. Prior to that, Debbie worked at CTA, Inc. for over 15 years in various capacities including Marketing Analyst, where strategic catalog content was developed, and Catalog Coordinator, responsible for copywriting and proofing. Earlier experience includes roles as Administrative Assistant and Customer Service Specialist, demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills. Debbie's career began as an Office Manager at The Balloon Inc., managing key corporate accounts and supporting executive leadership.

Since 1974, Mid-America Transplant has served as the regional organ and tissue procurement organization for eastern Missouri, southern Illinois, and northeast Arkansas, serving 4.7 million people in 84 counties. From our founding goal to assist in the coordination of kidney donations, we have grown to become a multi-faceted organization dedicated to saving lives and enhancing the quality of all donated organs and tissues currently available for transplant. Located in Saint Louis, Missouri, Mid-America is one of 56 federally designated organizations of its kind in the United States. Mid-America Transplant's primary service offering is to facilitate and coordinate the organ and tissue donation process.
