Mid-America Transplant
Madison Pass is an experienced professional in the healthcare and senior living sectors, currently serving as a Family Support Specialist at Mid-America Transplant since August 2020. Prior to this role, Madison held leadership positions including Executive Director at Cedarhurst Senior Living and Garden Place Senior Living, as well as Assistant Director at Garden Villas South. Madison also served as Manager of Resident Services at The Apartment Community at Our Lady of the Snows. Madison earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, graduating in 2015.

Since 1974, Mid-America Transplant has served as the regional organ and tissue procurement organization for eastern Missouri, southern Illinois, and northeast Arkansas, serving 4.7 million people in 84 counties. From our founding goal to assist in the coordination of kidney donations, we have grown to become a multi-faceted organization dedicated to saving lives and enhancing the quality of all donated organs and tissues currently available for transplant. Located in Saint Louis, Missouri, Mid-America is one of 56 federally designated organizations of its kind in the United States. Mid-America Transplant's primary service offering is to facilitate and coordinate the organ and tissue donation process. With a mission to save lives through excellence in organ and tissue donation, we have been at the forefront of enhancing the quality of organs and tissue for transplant and a leader in eye bank services.
