Kayla Stading currently serves as the Director of Operational Initiatives at Mid American Credit Union, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Stading was the Director of Operations at Abound Credit Union from December 2022 to April 2024 and spent a decade at Mid American Credit Union in various capacities, including Director of Information Systems & Training, Project Manager, Consumer Loan Officer, and Member Service Representative. In the role of Director of Information Systems & Training, Stading collaborated with the CIO to identify technology needs and oversee IT infrastructure, digital services, project management, and training. Stading is currently pursuing a Master of Organizational Leadership with a focus on Leadership Studies and holds additional master's and bachelor's degrees from Fort Hays State University.
