Donna Rother currently serves as the Director of Operations at Mid-Atlantic Dental Partners since August 2021 and holds the title of Area Operations Leader. In addition, Donna Rother has been with Christiana Dental Center since July 2002, where the role is Sr. Operations Manager. With extensive experience in operational leadership, Donna Rother has contributed significantly to enhancing organizational efficiency and improving operational processes within the dental industry.
