Christina Russell is a dedicated nursing professional with extensive experience in wound care and nursing. Currently serving as a Wound Ostomy RN at Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital since March 2021, Christina previously worked as a Wound Care Coordinator at Mid-Columbia Medical Center from October 2018. Christina gained valuable skills as a Certified Wound Ostomy Nurse and High-Acuity Registered Nurse at Bend Memorial Clinic from August 2013 to October 2016, managing multiple patients in a high-pressure environment. Early in the career, Christina held various roles including Ortho/Neuro Registered Nurse at Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium and professional whitewater kayaker with Liquidlogic Kayaks and Astral Buoyancy. Additionally, Christina has pursued a passion for art as a self-employed fine artist since January 2017 and has experience in human resources management from a previous role at Tumalo Creek Kayak and Canoe. Christina earned a BSN from the University of Portland and has a solid foundation in nursing principles developed through education at Central Oregon Community College.
