Heather Young

Heather Young, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Personnel at Mid-Del Schools since August 2023. Previously, Heather held the position of Executive Director of School Personnel Records at the Oklahoma State Department of Education from April 2014 to August 2023. Additionally, Heather has extensive experience in human resources, having worked with Mid-Del Schools from 1997 to 2014.
