Brenna B.

Brenna B. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management, marketing, and communications across various nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid since November 2024, Brenna leads initiatives advocating for individuals' legal rights. As a co-founder and director of the Twin Cities Tap Festival since 2015, Brenna promotes tap dance artistry at a national level. Previously, Brenna held multiple leadership roles at Pillsbury United Communities, including Chief Operating Officer, where oversight of finance, HR, and IT teams was paramount. Brenna's career also includes impactful positions at Grassroots Solutions, Goodwill/Easter Seals Minnesota, and the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Minnesota, contributing to brand strategy and communications efforts. Academic credentials include a B.A. in Cultural Anthropology and Archaeology from the University of Minnesota and a recent completion of the Executive Leadership Institute at Loyola University Chicago.
