Kristen Phillips has extensive experience in the banking and customer service sectors, currently serving as a Loan Assistant at Mid-Missouri Bank since May 2015, where responsibilities include supporting loan officers in the loan production process. Additionally, Kristen works part-time as a Teller at the same institution, assisting customers with various banking needs to enhance their experience. Prior to this, Kristen was a Receptionist at Pure Tranquility Spa from September 2011 to October 2013, managing appointment scheduling, customer check-ins, and facility maintenance. Kristen holds a Bachelor's degree in General Business from Missouri State University and an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from Ozarks Technical Community College.
