Kristin Kusy, MSPAS, PA-C, CAQ-EM, is an experienced Physician Assistant currently working in the emergency department at Mid-Ohio Emergency Services since March 2018, where care is provided for severe and life-threatening conditions in various trauma centers and free-standing emergency departments. Kristin holds a Certificate of Added Qualification in Emergency Medicine and has a background in athletics, having participated as a Division I collegiate student athlete on the Indiana University Women's Varsity Soccer Team from August 2010 to October 2014. Prior experience includes an internship at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center in 2012, focusing on sports medicine, where Kristin worked directly with patients, assisted in research, and presented findings on Anterior Tibial Stress Syndrome. Kristin earned a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Ohio Dominican University (2015-2017) and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Indiana University Bloomington (2010-2014).
