Tom Nolan has a diverse work experience in various industries. Tom started their career in 1986 with Miller Brewing Company, where they held various roles and was responsible for managing performance turnarounds and building relationships to drive sales growth. Tom then joined The Robins Companies as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, where they reorganized the management team and led a successful pro-employee campaign. Tom also worked at Hall of Fame Development, Inc., where they played a key role in expanding the restaurant concept to new markets and negotiating real estate locations. Tom later worked at The LTC Companies, Inc., where they led re-organizations and right-sizing initiatives, resulting in significant cost savings. Tom also served as President at TRN & Associates, where they facilitated a successful succession plan for a Midwest-based title company and assisted in the acquisition of motorcycle dealerships. Prior to their current role, Tom worked at Goodwill Columbus as the Vice President of Operations and Business Services, where they led various initiatives such as re-entering the retail store industry, restructuring the human resources department, and contributing to the creation of new policies and systems. Since 2012, Tom has been working at Mid-Ohio Emergency Services as the Chief Operating Officer.
