Tracy Clifton

Tracy Clifton has over a decade of experience in public sector employment and over eight years in human resources, currently serving as HR Manager at the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission since 2018. Responsibilities include comprehensive HR management, strategic planning, and leadership in projects related to diversity and inclusion, employee evaluations, and wellness initiatives. Tracy has been recognized with multiple performance awards and has participated in the 2019 Emerging Leaders Program. Previous experience includes serving as an HR & Admin Services Coordinator at MORPC and as a Showcar Transport Driver for Team Rahal. Currently, Tracy is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services at Franklin University, expected to be completed in June 2018.
