John Livingston

John Livingston serves as the Executive Vice President, Chief Technology Officer, and Chief Information Security Officer at Mid Penn Bank since July 2009. In this role, John oversees all technical activities related to information technology systems, security, network, and server infrastructure, while developing and implementing annual goals aligned with the department’s operating plan. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with operating policies and regulatory requirements, supervising personnel, and providing management reports. Prior to this position, John gained experience as a Residential Mortgage Processor and Loan Officer at Metro Bank and TDTD, managing multiple pipelines and specializing in various mortgage types. John holds a degree in General Studies with a focus on Computer Science from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College.
