Shanna Crum

Shanna Crum is an accomplished IT professional with a diverse range of experience in various roles. Currently serving as a System Administrator and IT Business Systems Analyst at Mid Penn Bank since December 2022, Shanna has previously worked as an IT Technician at DATO Technologies and as an Information Technology Coordinator at the Christian School Association of Greater Harrisburg, Inc. Additionally, Shanna's experience includes providing technical support as an IT Help Desk Coordinator for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Harrisburg. Shanna holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Information Technology Management from Western Governors University, an Associate of Science in Information Technology from Colorado Technical University, and graduated as Salutatorian from Gospel of Grace Christian School.
