William A. Specht III

William A. Specht, III has been a director of Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc. since 2006. Mr. Specht is President and Chief Executive Officer of Seal Glove Manufacturing, Inc. and Ark Safety, both based in Millersburg, PA, and serves on the Board of Directors. Mr. Specht is an active member of the Millersburg community and serves in various capacities with various organizations.
