Aaron Moore

Regional Planner | RTPO at Mid-Region Council of Governments

Aaron Moore, MCRP, currently serves as a Regional Planner for the Mid-Region Council of Governments since February 2023. Prior to this role, Aaron worked as a Researcher at the Design and Planning Assistance Center (DPAC) with Creative Actions for Homeless Solutions (CAHS), focusing on social transformation and community-driven solutions from March 2021 to April 2023. Aaron's experience also includes serving as the Business Coordinator for the Albuquerque Affordable Housing Coalition, managing legal compliance and financial operations from August 2020 to April 2023. Education at The University of New Mexico included roles as a Graduate Student, Teaching Assistant, and Research Assistant, contributing to various projects on environmental issues and population loss. Earlier work experience includes positions at Sennheiser and internships with the American Friends Service Committee. Aaron holds a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from The University of New Mexico, completed in 2014.
