Mike Laitinen

Mike Laitinen is a proud to say that he has been an Employee Owner of Mid South Building Supply, Inc. since he was hired as a Customer Service Representative back in October of 1996. He began his career spending his first 2 years at the Customer Service counter before accepting an Outside Sales position, and he has been a part of their Sales Team ever since. He is extremely lucky to work with, whom he consider, the best Sales Team in the industry.

With his promotion to Vice President of Sales he has be given the privilege to work with their customer base via their 9 locations. The variety of customers that he get to work with on a daily basis provides challenges and industry knowledge, helping him grow as a leader to ensure himself and their team can provide the best information and 100% commitment to their customers.

In October 2021, Mike will celebrate 25 years as an Employee Owner. He is so thankful for the experiences he had so far and he is extremely excited for their company’s future.
