Chris Gates is an experienced professional in quality assurance and non-destructive testing, currently serving as the Quality Assurance Manager at Mid-State Industrial Maintenance since July 2022. As President of Gates Quality Solutions LLC since November 2017, Chris holds ASNT Level III and CWI certifications. Prior roles include Quality Assurance Manager at Specialty Fabrication, LLC from April 2017 to August 2022, and Nuclear Quality Control Department Supervisor at MetalTek International from November 2011 to April 2017, where responsibilities involved managing NDE inspectors and maintaining inspection tools. Chris began as a Level II inspector at Renegade Testing and Inspection, focusing on projects in Nuclear Power Generation and Air Filtration systems. Educational background includes studies at the University of North Florida and Lakeland Senior High School.
