Mid-State Industrial Maintenance
Shawn Stevens has extensive work experience in various leadership and managerial roles in the manufacturing industry. Shawn is currently the Vice President of Continuous Improvement at Mid-State Industrial Maintenance since September 2021. Previously, they served as the Director of Manufacturing at Boral from October 2019 to October 2021. Before that, they worked at Mid-State Industrial Maintenance as a Business Unit Account Manager from May 2017 to October 2019. Shawn has also held multiple positions at James Hardie Building Products including VP of Manufacturing - North America, Director of Manufacturing - South, Director of Operational Excellence, Plant Manager, Plant Controller, and Engineering Manager - Texas. Shawn started their career as a Project Engineer at United States Gypsum Company in 1999.
Shawn Stevens obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Evansville between the years 1995 and 1999. Later, from 2006 to 2008, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Florida State University.
