Jay Fowler

Jay Fowler is an experienced professional in the waste management and recycling industry, currently serving as District Manager at Mid-Valley Disposal since 2020. Prior roles include General Manager at CR&R Incorporated (2018-2019), where responsibilities encompassed landfill and material recovery facility operations along with safety and revenue management for cities such as Avalon and Newport Beach. At Republic Services Inc (2012-2018), Jay held full P&L responsibility for a $112 million operation and oversaw a workforce of 400 employees. Prior to that, at Athens Services (2006-2012), Jay managed two divisions of a privately owned waste and recycling business. Early career experience includes a progression from branch manager to Vice President of Operations at AT Systems, overseeing operations across multiple states.
