David Thwaite

David Thwaite is a Senior Systems Analyst at Samaritan Health Services since August 2008, where responsibilities include ongoing support, design, development, and implementation of clinical, financial, physician support, and administrative systems. David leads work groups, develops plans, and prepares project analyses. Prior experience spans over 15 years at Hewlett-Packard as a Software Engineer and at Applied Theory as a Systems Engineer, where duties included onsite startups of control systems and final customer acceptance. David holds a degree from the Oregon Institute of Technology, earned between 1984 and 1989.
