Melissa Bingham

Melissa Bingham, MBA, RHIT, serves as the HIM Manager at Mid-Valley Hospital & Clinic since December 2022, bringing extensive experience in health information management and quality improvement. Previously, Melissa held the role of HIMS Supervisor at Encompass Health from December 2018 to December 2022, and prior to that, served as the Director of HIM and Director of Quality Improvement at Pineville Community Hospital from February 2004 to June 2017. Melissa’s early career included nursing positions at Lakeway Regional Hospital and UT Medical Center, where foundational skills in patient care were developed. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration from Western Governors University, as well as degrees in Health Information Management and Registered Nursing.
