Allen Feltes is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and product development. Currently serving as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Mid-West Forge Corporation since August 2022, Allen has a proven track record of improving processes and diagnosing equipment issues. Previous roles include Tempering Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer at Intigral, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed maintaining IG certifications and conducting root cause analysis. With past experience as a Senior Design Engineer at Ashland Hardware, Allen successfully led multiple new product designs and conducted cost-benefit analyses. Positions held at Builders FirstSource, Caldwell Manufacturing, Artistic Doors and Windows, Inc., Weather Shield Windows and Doors, and Eagle Window & Door involved project management, design implications, testing, and certification processes across various industries. Allen holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Loras College.
