Richard Goings has over a decade of experience in the forging industry, having held the position of Foreman at Mid-West Forge Corporation since 2010, where responsibilities include overseeing extrusion and processing operations. Prior to this role, Richard served as an extrusion press, shear, and crane operator at Mid-West Forge from March 2010 to March 2023. Richard's educational background includes a diploma from Conneaut High School, completed in 2007.
