Pete Pellegrino

Pete Pellegrino is an experienced financial and operational leader currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at MidAmerica Pharmaceuticals since March 2023. In this role, Pete is responsible for all accounting, finance, risk management, capital, and reporting for the start-up organization, as well as overseeing overall operations, including product procurement and strategic planning. Prior to this, Pete was the Chief Financial Officer at Chicago International Charter School, where responsibilities included financial management, treasury, compliance, and student recruitment. Pete's extensive background also includes a lengthy tenure at JS Paluch, where a 28-year career culminated in the positions of Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Sales Officer within a nationally recognized publishing, advertising, and printing company. Pete holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from the University of Notre Dame.
