Brad Howard

Brad Howard has over 35 years of experience in the energy and utilities sector. Currently serving as an Economic Development Consultant at MidAmerican Energy since October 1995, Brad collaborates with site selectors and local community partners to facilitate business recruitment, retention, and expansion, while assisting communities with research and planning initiatives. Previous roles at MidAmerican Energy include Energy Consultant, where Brad was the primary contact for industrial customer service issues. Before that, Brad worked at MidWest Gas in various managerial positions, overseeing operations and personnel across multiple locations in South Dakota. Brad's career began at Iowa Public Service, where responsibilities included customer consultation and product analysis. Education was pursued at Briar Cliff University from 1968 to 1970.
