Jesse Leckband

Jesse Leckband is a Senior Environmental Analyst at MidAmerican Energy Company, where since June 2012, responsibilities have included technical project management for the development and implementation of the Wind Habitat Conservation Plan and leadership of Wildlife and Water Programs. Prior to this, Jesse served as a Senior Environmental Coordinator, overseeing water-related compliance activities. Experience includes a role as a Storm Water Environmental Technician for the City of Des Moines from June 2005 to June 2012, where responsibilities involved administering the NPDES Phase I MS4 Permit and inspecting properties for environmental compliance. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Geographic Information Science from Northwest Missouri State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and History from Cornell College.
