Lonnie Smith

Lonnie Smith is an experienced technology professional with a career spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as Supervisor for the Technology Resource Center at MidAmerican Energy Company since October 2012, Lonnie manages operational activities and provides leadership to technical personnel. Previously, Lonnie worked as an IT Support Specialist III and a Technical Analyst 2, focusing on end-user technology support. Prior experience includes a role as Network Administrator at Gcommerce Inc, where Lonnie supported network operations and participated in infrastructure planning, and as a Business Support Specialist at Mediacom Communications, resolving customer issues. Lonnie holds a B.A. in Management Information Systems/Business Administration and an Associate of Science in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management, both from Kaplan University.
