Steve Ford

Steve Ford has extensive experience in the energy and training sectors, currently serving as Operations Shift Manager at MidAmerican Energy Company since May 2012, where responsibilities include managing operational and maintenance activities to ensure productive, safe, and compliant electrical generation. Previous roles at MidAmerican include Shift Manager and Plant Technical Developer/Simulator Instructor, focusing on training development and execution. Ford has also worked as a Control Operator at Pacificorp, a Power Consultant and Plant Supervisor at Titan Tire Company, and a Training Specialist at General Physics, among other positions. Their early career includes serving in the US Navy and roles in professional bowling and nuclear operations with Exeloncorp and Progress Energy.
